Our aim is to provide your dog with the best holiday possible, while you are off enjoying yours! Whether your stay is short term or longer term, we have options for everything.
Our kennel system is designed to accommodate dogs of all sizes and, if required, multiple dogs from the same family. Our set up is flexible with runs able to be joined to create more space if needed.
Our large fully enclosed outdoor area is available for your pet to run around and play during the day. We aim to place dogs into small social groups so they can make friends and play together. If your dog prefers the company of people, then they are taken out for individual play time with their boarding nurse for the day. We can also take them for walks in the park across the road and around our local area.
In summer we provide kiddy pools for water play and ice-blocks to help keep them cool in the heat. Our rooms are also fully air-conditioned to maintain a comfortable temperature.
We also provide day care facilities – these can be arranged as needed.
We feed a premium dry food to our dogs during their boarding stay but we encourage people to bring their own food if possible. This can help prevent tummy upsets and is especially important for those with special dietary requirements or if your pet is extra fussy.
Before their stay, we require all dogs to be up to date with their C5 vaccination as well as flea, tick and worming treatment. If fleas are found on your pet, we will administer a flea preventative.
You can also feel assured any health concerns can be catered for, with trained staff able to provide medication or additional services as required.
As part of our new boarding process, once confirming your stay we will arrange a pickup and drop off time for your admission with our boarding staff.
