We encourage further study, so our vets and nurses attend conferences, seminars and post-graduate courses. Our aim is to provide you with cutting edge medicine and surgery and the very best customer service.

Open 7 Days For Your Convenience

In recognition of the working commitments of many of our clients, we have structured our opening hours to ensure we are available when you require our services. Consultations by appointment are preferred. If however, an emergency case arises, preference is given to the emergency.

Pick-Up and Delivery

In recognition of our clients’ busy lives, we are please to offer a pet pick-up and delivery service. Please be aware that pet pick-up/delivery may be difficult to arrange short notice.

House Visits

We understand that your pet may need to be seen at home, so we are happy to accommodate house visits when required. Please be aware that house visits incur additional costs and may be limited due to lack of facilities. Visits may be difficult to arrange short notice.

Our Premises

We offer a spacious and comfortable waiting room, as well as three consultation rooms, to allow us to service your pet’s needs promptly and efficiently. In addition, we have 2 modern surgical theatres, preparation area, high quality hospital wards, advanced imaging, boarding – day stay to long term and grooming facilities.
