Mount Hutton Pet Hospitals 21st Birthday Celebration

Mount Hutton Pet Hospital’s 21st Birthday

We celebrated 21 years in business in June 2015. Ray and I would like to personally thank all our faithful clients and dedicated staff over the last 21 years for their support and trust in our services we have proceeded for your furry friends. If it was not for this support and loyalty to our family business then we would not have been able to grow and provide our professional services to our clients today.

In appreciation for this loyalty, we offered birthday gifts for all our furry friends who visited our practice during the month of June, with regular raffles drawn for our lucky furry friends. To help celebrate we ran a photo booth on Sunday the 21st of June to offer a fancy dress or loving photo as a memory of clients loved fur babies.

We supported the SES during these celebrations, in appreciation for all their hard work during the destructive storms we experienced in April and were asking for a gold coin donation to the SES, to be placed in a SES donation hat while clients were visiting Mount Hutton Pet Hospital. Together we raised $621.10.

We also offered a senior wellness package, allowing clients to book in for a free nurse consult, where they were able to discuss the benefits of blood work, dietary requirements and other issues that come with senior animals as they age.

We ran a colouring in competition for kids the winners were little Eden and Jessie. Congratulations !

We have grown over the years from a 1 vet & 1 nurse clinic – Ray, and myself operating a 5 1/2 day a week hospital to our current 4 vets, 15 nurses, 3 kennel hands and professional groomer, operating 7 days a week. Our family business has certainly grown. Our children have also been involved over these 21 years. With our eldest son, Nicholas now practicing veterinary nursing and our Daughter, Emily, in her 4th year of veterinary science at Sydney University (Only one more year to go) and Alexander, our youngest, also helps in school holidays. They have all grown up in the hospital and have helped us achieve our goal of providing professional high standard modern purpose built Pet Hospital today.
